Shopee

  • Are the products the same as on Shopee? Yes, they are the same! We opted for a website option to deliver lower costs to you. 

Orders & Shipping

  • Where do you ship to? We ship nationwide across the Philippines via J&T Express.
  • What are your shipping costs? Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders Php 500 and above!
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days after processing.
    • Outside Metro Manila: 5-7 business days after processing.
  • When will my order be shipped? Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address. We'll do our best to accommodate, but changes aren't always possible after processing.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where you receive an incorrect item or the wrong quantity due to an error on our part.
  • What should I do if I receive the wrong item or quantity? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We will discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include an exchange or reshipment with shipping costs covered by us.

Products

  • What kind of surf products do you sell? We offer a range of surf essentials, including surf wax, surf leashes, wax scrapers, and wax boxes.
  • How do I know which surf wax to choose? A basecoat is applied first, following a topcoat. We only carry tropical waxes fitting for the Philippine weather.
  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? Sorry, we do not offer bulk discounts at this time.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept GCash and BDO Bank Transfer payments.
